How 36TPD Wheat Flour Mill Works

Cleaning

First, the wheat is cleaned to remove stones, sand, dust, and other impurities. This makes sure the wheat is safe and pure.

Conditioning (Water Adding)

Then we add some water and let the wheat rest for a few hours. This helps to make the bran (the skin) softer and easier to separate.

Milling

After that, the wheat passes through roller mills, where it is ground step by step to produce fine flour.

Sifting

The ground product goes through sifters to separate flour, bran, and semolina. Fine flour is collected, while bran can be used for animal feed.

Packing

Finally, the flour is packed into bags, ready for sale and use in bread, pasta, chapati, and many local foods.
