Using a high-efficiency maize destoner and vibrating sifters, the maize milling process removes large impurities, small impurities, light impurities, and heavy impurities from the maize grain. This ensures the raw maize is very clean before entering the corn flour milling machine.

After cleaning, the maize is transported to the moisture damper, where the grain is moistened and then stored in the conditioning bin. This process allows the maize bran to separate more easily from the endosperm, making it more efficient to produce high-quality maize flour and maize meal. Damping also makes maize particles easier to grind, improving the milling efficiency and reducing energy cost.

The purified maize endosperm is fed into the roller mill or pneumatic roller mill machines. Here the maize is gradually ground into maize flour, maize grits, samp, and maize meal. The maize milling machine allows precise control of fineness by adjusting the gap and speed of the rollers, ensuring production of different maize products required in the Africa market, such as super maize meal, breakfast meal, and posho flour.

The milled maize products are transferred into the sifting system. Using different mesh sizes, the system separates the maize flour into different particle sizes, meeting the diverse demands for fine maize flour, coarse maize meal, and maize grits.

Finally, the sifted maize flour is weighed, bagged, sealed, and packed into 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, and 50kg bags, suitable for different Africa market needs, from household consumption to large-scale commercial use.
